    我使用TMC9660-3PH-BL 开发板点击Inspect chip后显示：Error: Could not identify the connected chip. Ensure that the communication is functional.
    

    This error occurs when the GET_INFO command for the chip type does not return the expected value of 0x544D0001.
    

    查看打印显示：Selection is not supported! ID33: TMC9660-3PH-EVAL (BOOT) is not supported by Landungsbruecke firmware [V 3.09.1]；请问如何处理才能扫到片上chip;目前IDE使用4.9.0最新版本
