Unfortunately, LM5145 is on yet in LTspice's Library. can you share the subcircuit you use to generate that symbol so I can check what is causing the problem?

Upon checking, I found that the syntax of the Pspice model made by TI is not compatible to the LTspice syntax make Ltspice unable to read the .lib file.
