LTM4609 :The load capacity of the chip is much lower than that of datasheet

From the datasheet data, the LTM4609 supports the input voltage of 6-36. When the output voltage is 12V, it supports the output current of 4A. However, for the chips currently used, the following situations occur:
1、Within the input voltage range, 12V can be output when the load is 0A;
2、When the input is 10V and the output is 12V, only 0.8A can be loaded, and the output beyond 0.8A is only about 6V;
3、When the input is 16V and the output is 12V, only 4.2a can be loaded, and the output beyond 4.2a is only about 6V;
The above tests are carried out with electronic loads, and the DC power terminal current is set to 6A.
Why are the actual test results so different from datasheet,The conversion efficiency is not high。
