According to the IC designer's feedback:
We passed 1.5k CDM I do not have the HBM info but I know we are greater than 2k or we would have had to indicate the part is very sensitive to ESD.
For LTC3887, it is a legacy LTC part. LTC3887's package code is UJ. UJ package tape and reel info is as follows:
In ADI, LFCSP = QFN. LTC3887 is QFN package with 6x6x0.75 mm size. So you can use ADI's "Tape and Reel Packaging" for reference. File link is: www.analog.com/.../tape-and-reel-packaging.pdf
