这是我的寄存器配置。寄存器写入顺序是R7~R0。 锁相环反馈的RFin是1.5Ghz,参考时钟REFin是50Mhz,R-DIVIDER可测到1Mhz的信号,N-DIVIDER/2可以测到500K的信号。
但是N-DIVIDER测不到任何信号这个不知道是为什么?
PLL目前也是一直未锁定,外接的VCO,测试cp输入VCO的电压是有的1~1.8V一直在波动
咨询一下各位,有遇到类似情况的吗?

Are you using an Evaluation board or a custom board? If you are using a custom board, did you simulate loop filter configuration with ADISimPLL?
The n-Divider output of the Mux will have a very small duty cycle. It is possible to miss pulses using an oscilloscope without the correct settings. A duty cycle of N-Divider output is heavily dependent on N divider value. The n-divider/2 output will have a 50% duty cycle because of dividing by 2.

我使用的是自己做的板子,环路滤波器使用的是ADISimPLL计算的参数,环路滤波器参数应该没问题。
我能确定N分频的数值是对的,对1.5Ghz分频1500得到的就应该是1Mhz的波形,N divider却测不到,N divider/2可以测到。N divider即使很小的占空比示波器也应该能测到吧?请问这可能是什么问题呢?

Can you take a screenshot from the oscilloscope while measuring the N-Divider output?
