你属于哪种加班类型? by 呼啦啦

“人世间最痛苦的事情,莫过于上班;比上班痛苦的,莫过于天天上班;比天天上班痛苦的,莫过于加班;比加班痛苦的,莫过于天天加班;比天天加班痛苦的,莫过于天天免费加班!”这段调侃生动道出了职场人士对于加班的反感和无奈。你敢不加班吗?难道不加班就不能提高工作效率?  

  工作=拼命?

  年仅25岁的华为固网产品线硬件工程师胡新宇,因长期加班导致急性脑炎,抢救无效去世。该事件在网络上引起了强烈的反响。

  传说华为有个“床垫文化”———每人上班带着一个床垫,中午就地休息,为晚上加班养精蓄锐。记者采访了一位不肯透露姓名的华为员工,他说:“加班是这里的文化,每天的平均工作时间是和员工的计效考评挂钩的,员工每个季度都有一个考评。如果平均工时不高,基本上考评就是c以下,而被打两次d就要被开除了。华为倡导的企业文化叫做‘狼性’文化,平时就算没事,一般也要待到8点半左右(当然是不给加班费的),有事的话就没谱了,没办法的,要饭碗还是早回家你自己选……有一次我们部门领导晚上11点来我们项目组,发现只有项目经理一个人在了,于是火冒三丈!把我们项目经理领到加班人多的项目组参观,第二天就发邮件给我们强调华为精神———9点之前谁也不许走。”

  另一位已经离开华为的员工至今还保留着带床垫的习惯。他认为,“床垫文化”其实没有错,在华为可以扎扎实实地学会很多事情,即使忙些也是好的。但问题在于,公司制度不是很公平,加班不给钱,工资不给涨,你辛苦了半天,考评只是领导按照自己的印象说了算,缺乏科学的评价体系,感觉得不偿失,没有成就感,这才是导致很多人跳槽的原因。

  加班并不是华为的专利,东方时空与智联招聘共同进行的“人在职场”大型社会调查的报告显示,在将近1.5万的受访者中,仅有4%的人表示从来不用加班,而16.6%的人则是天天加班。此外,34.8%的人会经常加班。

  Which type of overtime do you belong to?

    1: Active overtime

  Some people are very rigorous about their career planning and expect to be able to enter management in a short period of time. I will work hard and focus on the investment, and I will not care too much about the loss of my spare time in the struggle.

  2: Mission emergency overtime

  Different departments in the company sometimes cannot unify the working hours because of their different responsibilities. For example, the finance department, the sales department, and the business department.

  In the workplace, it is inevitable that some bosses only see short-term economic benefits, blindly increase the workload, and even arrange for employees to do things that are not the part after work. In order to keep the rice bowl, many people dare to speak out and dare to speak.

  There is a kind of person who does not have a family and rarely has social social activities. After work, he stays at his desk, or works or goes online to use a lonely time.

  6: From the meager overtime type

  This is the most pitiful type of overtime work. Such people are often very unconfident and think that if they are slightly negligent, they will be fired immediately. Therefore, the leader did not go, he did not dare to move, his colleagues did not leave, but he was too embarrassed to go home.

  7: Change the overtime type

  Because the manager did not have the ability to look at the overall situation and strategize, the decision to change the two times and the work that had already been deployed made the employees keep reworking, so that when the deadline was approached, they had to work overtime.

  8: Doing a show show overtime

  Some people have a lot of heart and will perform. They want to prove their enthusiasm to the boss by consuming "time" in order to be appreciated and promoted.

  Overtime phenomenon reflects the unspoken rules of the workplace. As the pressure of competition increases, the profit margin becomes smaller and smaller. Many companies have increased their workloads in order to maintain moderate growth, which inevitably leads to overtime work.

  Today, our social atmosphere is too impetuous. The excessive hype of successful people who have won both fame and fortune has overwhelmed the public's peace of mind and made some people unable to hold their breath. They are eager to become multi-millionaires when they are young. So, set a series of unrealistic career goals, all the brains are thinking out of the crowd. In this process, it will inevitably be desperately expressed and struggling, thus forming a vicious competition. In the workplace, people see their colleagues stepping into the ranks of “overtime work”. In most cases, in order to continue to support their families, they will not succumb to elimination and will succumb and compromise in this way. On the other hand, companies also lack healthy and active guidance and regulation.
