7043, the phenomenon is:

In project 1, two boards, two hmc7043 chips per board, with a total of 16 channels, are verified. Each board corresponds to four 9680 chips, which are used for synchronization of multiple ad chips. The judgment condition is that the change of power on and power off phases of multiple chips does not exceed a certain range. If it exceeds, the judgment fails. Normal temperature and high temperature synchronization, low temperature test, two channels of a piece of AD and other ad chip synchronization error, error channel fixed. Through the test waveform, it is found that the output sysref (sclkoutx) of the error channel has a fixed difference of four sampling clocks compared with other channels, the clock input frequency changes, the number of sampling clocks of the difference remains unchanged, the phenomenon of the two boards is the same, the low temperature error occurs, but the error channels of the two boards are different. In addition, after replacing the 7043, the number of error channels becomes another channel corresponding to the chip. Error probability, one error every 8 pieces

Project 2: a total of 3, using a hmc7043 chip, two ad, also used for multi-channel synchronization, the phenomenon is similar, low temperature synchronization error, there was a difference of 16 / 32 / 64 sampling clock.

Project 3: one board card, one hmc7043 chip, four ad chips. The phenomenon is similar. There are four sampling points for a channel error.

Item 4 is similar to the above phenomenon. Low temperatures of -55 and -40 degrees are very prone to errors, almost every time, normal temperature is missed only once.The 7043 configuration  as follows.
