EVAL-ADICUP3029 通过板载的DAP-Link下载程序时，突出不能访问芯片，尝试下面几种方法都不行，请问可能是哪里的问题，如何去解决
1、用CCES 报错误Error: CouldInfo : starting gdb server for aducm3029.cpu on 3333
2、用拖拽方式将bin文件拖拽到U盘，报error: Failed to reset/halt the target MCU type: target
3、用Keil MDK 的Debug 选择DAP-Link SW能找到0x2BA01477（ARM Cortex-M3）芯片，但是不能读写、擦除，报错：Invalid ROM Table
4、按照官网提供的方法，Unlocking a "Bricked" ADICUP3029 [Analog Devices Wiki] 用CCSFP 清除，报：No autobaud respose
