最近在测试9694demo板的时候发现，当使用DDC0和DDC1模式的时候，配置decimation ratio为2的时候AB PLL和CD PLL能锁定，但是当decimation ratio为4的时候不能锁定,
When testing the 9694 demo board recently, I found that when using the DDC0 and DDC1 modes, the AB PLL and CD PLL can be locked, when the decimation ratio is set to 2. However, they can not lock when the decimation ratio is set to 4.
