No, there is no way to switch PoE and auxiliary priority with the LT4295, as an auxiliary supply will corrupt the PoE detection signature. You would need to use a PD interface such as the LT4294 and MAX5995B and diode OR the PoE supply with the auxiliary supply to a DC-DC converter such as the MAX5974A. A MOSFET or other switch could be used to enforce your preferred priority.
