Q1:How to calculate RST、RD、RB、CB、CF component spec 

Q2:Normal temperature of 25 degrees, if the HOST(MCU) sends a PWM signal to the MAX31740 to control the fan, will it work?

Q3:Where should the fan's TACH be connected to the MAX31740?

Rst = Tstart下的thermistor的电阻值。有一些例子在P9 table1  

RD 可以参考Vmin/Vdd = R2/（R1+R2）= Dmin（%）/200

CB和RB参考规格书P9 相对应的章节，常见的可以用5Mohm和1uF这个需要您仔细读一下规格书。 

应该您不需要输入PWM， MAX31740 会自己生成。 

tach是风扇转速，这个应该没法接回31740里面。您可以看看是不是可以接到您的MCU里面。
