ADM3054 CANH&CANL输出异常的问题

在使用DATASHEET中图.23所示电路图对芯片进行测试时,不焊接CL,当RL取值在110Ω~130Ω范围内,TXD输入方波信号,频率10kHz,Vpp=5V,Voffset=2.5V,占空比50%,使用示波器监测CANH&CANL的输出波形,发现两端口输出波形有异常脉冲,见图2(黄色通道为CANH,蓝色通道为VDD2,红色通道为CANL);当RL取值不在110Ω~130Ω时,波形正常,无脉冲。请问这可能是什么原因导致的?有没有解决办法?

PS:使用#2149批次芯片测试均存在此问题,使用#2048批次芯片测试没有出现此问题。

       I'd like to confirm my understanding about when the abnormal pulse is occurring.  is the following correct?

    part with #2149 marking:

        RL: 110 = RL < 130 ohm, abnormal pulse present

        RL: 130 =< RL, abnormal pulse not present

    part with #2048 marking

         abnormal pulse not present with any tested value of RL
