，想问一下，芯片Latct-up时，芯片的输出现象是什么？
问题2， ADuM7440 Latch-up 后，能够恢复成正常状态吗？
问题3，ADuM7440芯片的性能对温度变化是否敏感？比如温度太低，芯片隔离效果变差等？
