How the internal LDO operation when MAX96717 VDD = 1.1V

As shwon from MAX96717 datasheet blow picture , the VDD voltage can support 1.0V , 1.1V , 1.2V , and we had internal LDO to reguler voltage as 1.0V.

if refer to MAX96716 that we had shwon the input voltage relate to inetrnal LDO setting , but from MAX96717 datasheet , it's not mention about this range.

from MAX96717 datasheet , it can find the LDO bypass bit , is it need to set during VDD = 1.1V? 

What VDD input range shall set this bit to 1 or 0?
