Is the MAX9257A compatible with MAX9288A?

MAX9257A is not a GMSL SerDes product. It is not compatible with GMSL products.

thansk for your support , another question , is MAX9257A and MAX9258A can support BT656 transmission?

MAX9257/MAX9258 use VSYNC signal to enter/exit the control channel phase, whereas BT656 does not have sync signals. Without VSYNC, control channel cannot be used.
