can we connect a gmsl serialiser with DSI input port (video input) to a de-seriliser output with mipi csi2 port?

As the title describes, we want to record video output by a DSI->GMSL serializer (max9675x), we have gmsl de-serializer (max9296) connected with SOC works ok with cameras. Can we connect those two together to record video output by DSI-GMSL?
