Yeah, that looks like a typo and it should be a minimum tcycle, not a maximum.

You can make t_cycle as long as you want. In other words, you can run it much slower.

I agree with you,and I am confused with t6 ,I want to read previse data while BUSY is active high,may not meet t6 ,do you know whether I can read the data out properly?

Reading while BUSY is high could have a little impact on the noise performance. There might be no impact at all on newer devices such as AD7606B or AD7606C-16.

I think so. You should just avoid having interface activity when the BUSY signal goes low...
