IBIS model is used for digital signal integrity simulation, including timing and waveform volts. You may baidu or google the IBIS simulation tools, like Cadance.

I'm using cadence now, but cadence seems to need a lib model as well. I tried to use Moder Editor to convert IBS into lib files, but the converted model was not usable and was a decentralized bootstrap module.Thank you for your reply.
