This is my schematic, the chip is soldered by hand, and then burned when the chip is powered. At first the DVDD was connected to the analog power supply and was not powered in the specified order. The next time I changed these problems, but when I supply power in sequence, there will still be a situation where the supply voltage is pulled low and the current is large. Is there a problem with my schematic or for what reason? thank you all.
1. How AGND and DGND is split in your design ? ADI proposes solide ground plane for ADA3023 for robust design.
2. Can you use low current (<=50mA) power supplies +/-15V for ADAS3023, or use RH-0512D for 5V to +/-15V ?
3. Or you can try a schottky diode from -15V (anode of diode) to GND, and a schottky diode from GND (anode of diode) to +15V for OVP protection.
