关于ADF4350的锁定时间问题

本人最近调试ADF4350，发现锁定时间达不到要求，但是看数据手册中的例子，发现理论上应该可以达到我的要求，(If a PLL has reference frequencies of 13 MHz and fPFD = 13 MHz and a required lock time of 50 μs, the PLL is set to wide bandwidth for 40 μs. This example assumes a modulus of 65 for channel spacing of 200 kHz.
If the time period set for the wide bandwidth is 40 μs, then
Fast-Lock Timer Value = Time in Wide Bandwidth × fPFD/MOD
Fast-Lock Timer Value = 40 μs × 13 MHz/65 = 8)
  我要求从1324.8M到1611.8M，锁定时间小于100us，最好小于80us。鉴相频率25.6M，步进50KHz，所以MOD=256(用到了2分频)。我使用了快锁功能和CSR功能，设定Time in Wide Bandwidth为40，60，80us我都试过，但用安捷伦5052测出的锁定时间总在130us多，带宽试过40k，60k，还都是一样的结果，也不应该是频带过宽的原因，因为我从1324.80M跳到1324.85M，也是一样的结果，不知是哪出了问题，还是这片子不能达到要求？望解答。
