for example : Kv of RF wide band VCO is 200MHz/V。
normally, this Kv is final value. and the output signal from active loop filter goes to control VCO directly.
in my application, the output signal is attenuated, for exameple ,1/10.
then it goes to control VCO.
in this case . which one is right? 200MHz/V or 20MHz/V?
note: in ADIsimPLL software ,user need to input Kv of VCO.
