测试DS1339U Pin1 X1的波形时,发现晶体波形的摆幅周期性变化。量Pin7 SQW/OUT,发现在同时有测试探头点在Pin1上的情况下,Pin7输出的方波占空比载57~97%之间变化,变化较大。移去Pin1的测试探头,占空比69%~71%之间变化,变化较小。如何验证晶体的输出波形是否正常?
1.如果在pin1上不连接探头时,波形变化比较小,说明造成这个问题的原因就是在pin1上增加探头负载造成的。 2.如果需要验证当前晶体是否工作正常,要通过测量pin7的波形来判断,如果Pin7的波形没问题,说明晶体工作正常,如果pin7 的波形仍有问题,那么晶体就有可能不正确,根据数据手册的说明,DS1339外部晶体需要采用负载电容为6pF的晶体,选择合适的晶体,按照数据手册的说明连接,晶体要尽可能靠近器件引脚…
