Should I terminate the TX data input to AD9364 when it is being calibrated?

Hi, I have terminated the TX data to AD9364 when the initialization calibration is going on,including the FB_CLK is stopped. I wonder if this can have bad influence on the calibrations.

Should I open the TX data during some or all of the stages to get a better result in the initialization?
