放大器 低频应用

请问ADI专家老师,

                        ADA4961、AD8352是否 支持覆盖低频段,如100kHz~10MHz?


                       我看到datasheet里面性能测试曲线都才到10MHz,但是我的应用需要支持到100kHz。

                  

                       如果 ADA4961、AD8352不支持10kHz,请推荐一下运算放大器或则RF放大器芯片。

                       需求:频段0.1MHz~1GHz  功率增益15dB

    The ADA4961 is designed to be AC coupled, and it's gain increases below 10 MHz.  For applications that need flat frequency response near or below 10 MHz, it'll be better to use completely dc-coupled, low-distortion differential amplifiers such as

    -- ADL5565  Single-channel, 6 GHz diff ADC driver,

    -- ADL5566  Dual channel, 4.5 GHz diff ADC driver, &

    -- ADL5567  Dual channel, 4.8 GHz diff ADC driver.
