I’m trying to synchronize SYNC_CLK across three AD9914 devices. I’m using an AD9513 to provide the SYNC_IN signals, and I’ve already achieved same‑frequency, phase‑aligned SYNC_IN to all three chips. I also perform a common DAC calibration and IO_UPDATE for all three parts.
However, I cannot use SYNC_CLK because its drive capability is too weak. With my current setup, I’m still unable to get the SYNC_CLKs on the three DDS devices to be synchronized. What could be the possible reason? And is it possible to achieve this synchronization if I don’t use SYNC_CLK as a reference?
