AD8421 Gain VS temperature drift design problem

The INA AD8421 datasheet describes that when the gain is greater than 1, the maximum temperature drift VS the gain is -50ppm. Does this mean that when the temperature changes by more than 4 degrees, the gain error will 0.002%. So, in the design that requires 0.002% precision, is it not recommended to use this type of INA?
