Some problem about the simulation of AD8310 on ltspice

I download the AD8310.cir from the ADInet, and translate it to .lib file。And then I made a symbol of ad8310 by using the ad8310.lib

when i tried to simulate as figure shows, the results seemed to be wrong. And i don't know the reason.
