LTC6373 is a fullly differentially input and output instrumental amplifier. I want to use it to remove the common mode noise of the voltage supply.
For test, I give a sin wave voltage between Vin+ and Vin-(Vin- is connected to ground), and I just want a single-end output (such as Vout+,) so I let the Vout- be floating.
However, the LTC6373 does not work (or work for only few seconds) and breakdown!
How should I do or where the problems?
(In fact, I want a instrumental amplifier with differentially input and a single-end output to remove the common mode noise of the voltage supply. The reason why I choose the LTC6373: 1. Low noise; 2. gain control easily and we can get gain<1.)

Single-end signal need to refer to GND, so the Vout- have to connect to the GND.
And the input signal also need to refer to GND. Ensure that the input and output signals refer to the same ground plane.
What about the Vocm pin？
If Vocm was connected to the GND, the Vout+ would be 0 because Vocm=(Vout+ + Vout-)/2.
If the Vocm pin was left floating, an internal resistor divider creates a default voltage approximately halfway between V+OUT (Be careful, here V+out is the supplu voltage of the second stage amplifier,I give a 12V voltage to V+out) and V–(-12V). So the Vocm is nearly 0 and Vout+=0
