I use ADICUP360 eval board and CCES2.11.1.0 software.I made the .bin file. When I click the " download" button from toolbar,display the project does not build a loadfile. We set the workpace in d:.

Can you please share the setup you are trying to get up and running? Are you using a shield board with the ADICUP360? Are you creating your own code or are you using an example from ADI? Have you followed the instructions here on the user guide on how to configure and the debug session within CCES? (CrossCore Embedded Studio Quickstart User Guide [Analog Devices Wiki])

I would recommend using a supported project from ADI before trying to create your own custom code.

I used samples blink. not use shield board.according to the instructions.

Can you please provide a link to the sample blink program you used? Also, when you say you 'created a .bin file' what exactly do you mean? Can you provide some screen shots and instructions on how you are getting the error, that way we could try on our side to re-create it.
