Cypress FX2LP Firmware

Category: Software
Product Number: AD9528

Hello,

We want to use the AD9528 Eval board to generate clocks. Does the board save the configuration after shutdown? If not, could we get the firmware that runs in the cypress CY7C68013A-56PVXC of the board in order to modify it so that it keeps the same configuration.

Tanks for any help!

  • Hi,

the AD9528 does not have an internal EEPROM or flash memory to save its configuration. Every time it is powered up, the AD9528 must be initialized.

I do not understand what you mean by modifying the software to keep the same configuration.

The Cypress chip only makes the conduit between the PC (that is the eval software) and the AD9528 using the SPI.
