Issue:
1) Put +5V to AD9102-ARDZ-EBZ board, however LT3472 cannot generate +/-5V. Does ADA4817 amp work ?
2) P15 Power Jack on board doesn't provide power to board. See schematics, VIN doesn't connect to any chip.

Hi PeterLu ,
Thank you for your interest in AD9102, my apologies for the delayed response. Are you trying to operate the AD9102 Evaluation Board without the SDP-K1?
The supply rail for LT3472 comes from the +5V in P2, which will generate the ±5.2V supply rails of the ADA4817 amplifiers. However, you will need to provide an Active High signal to SHDN_N_LT3472 (Pin 5 P5). This will enable LT3472 and thus the supplies of ADA4817. I would mention about the clock as well (since you seem to not have the SDP-K1): You will need to provide an Active High signal to EN_CVDDX (Pin 3 P5) if you will use the onboard oscillator. Otherwise, keep EN_CVDDx low then supply an external clock to J10 and modify JP1 and JP2 jumpers to connect the external clock to the clock inputs of AD9102.
In summary, here's the logic configurations for EN_CVDDx and SHDN_N_LT3472:
Configuration |
EN_CVDDX |
SHDN_N_LT3472 |
Onboard Clk + Balun |
HIGH |
LOW |
Onboard Clk + OpAmp |

External Clk + Balun |

Best regards,
Marco
I didn't use SDP-K1 board. Control AD9102 registers by connecting with Nucleo-STM32 board.
