Hi Experts,
I am using the AD9102 to create a square waveform.
The block diagram is below.
In the red square is the part that I would like to do the measurement.
This is my first time using a DAC to generate a square wave form,
and wee need to test several features such as:
1) Signal Accuracy
2) Noise
3) Overshoot/Undershoot
4) SNR (if it is possible for DAC)
5) Other parameters (ex THD if it is possible for DAC)
Questions:
1) From my Block Diagram in red, what kind of Test could I realize?
2) What is the configuration of the test bench that I can provide for each test?
