    I try isolating noise using polarized capacitor

      Do you have the LTspice simulation, or can you share the schematic? I would like to understand your application in detail. 
      

      It seems that this noise is coupled into the output from external sources. Can you measure the supply level with an oscilloscope, I would like to investigate if there is a noise in the supply line.
