PLL1 is not remaining in the lock.

Category: Hardware
Product Number: AD9523-1

Hello,

AD9523-1 is locking its both the PLLs when I program AD9523-1. then I saved all the contents to EEPROM. later I turned OFF the supply and again turned ON, and read the status of the 0x22C register, then the response is "E9" i.e. PLL1 is not remaining in the locking condition but PLL2 does. what to do for PLL1 should also be in the lock state like PLL2.

  • I read all the registers after flashing register values to EEPROM. 0x0F3,0x234,0x22C,0x22D these are the only registers having different values, other than the values in the input register map file. I accept 0x22C,0x22D are the status registers that's why the status has be updated and 0x234 has a self clearing bit that's why there was a modification in the register value. 0x0F3[1] is not a self clearing bit, still that bit got cleared. I modified this bit and flashed to EEPROM. Now, it's working fine. Thank you for your support.
