According to ADF4382A datasheet rev.0, SYNCP/SYNCN are synchronization input signals. Both RF output signals are synchronized to an input signal at these pins.
I do not need nor plan to use these SYNCP/SYNCN inputs. How should I connect them if unused ? Can I left them floating ?

Yes, you can leave them floating if they are unused or put a 50ohms termination on both pins if you really need to, both cases works fine.
