How to Implement Fanout Mode Configuration for HMC7044
Hi,
The steps are as follows:
- disable PLL1 and PLL2. Register 0x03[1:0] = b'00
- enable "CLKIN1 in External VCO mode" Register 0x05[5] = b'0
- Set VCO mode to external, Register 0x03[4:3] = b'00
- Disable Reference paths to PLL1, Register 0x05[3:0] = b'0000
