I want to drive an ADC with a sampling rate of 2GHz and need the HMC7044 to generate a 2GHz clock. But I saw that the HMC7044 Datasheet describes the internal VCO frequency range as 2150~3550MHz, and the 14-channel output can only be divided by an integer multiple of the VCO, so when divided by 1, it can output 2150~3550MHz, and when divided by 2, it can output 1075~1775MHz. Is it impossible to generate clocks with frequencies between 1775~2150MHz? The datasheet describes the frequency range of the external VCO as 400~3200MHz. Is it possible to generate a clock with a frequency of 2GHz only with the help of an external VCO? Or is there something wrong with my understanding?
