    Hi,
    

    I am planning to provide a 1 Vrms 10 MHz (50 Ohm) Sine wave input to AD9545 eval board. From the datasheet i came to know that the maximum Ref input level to AD9545 in AC copuling mode is 1.2 Vpk-pk. So is there any way to reduce incoming 1 Vrms to safe levels ?

      if this 10MHz clock is single ended, ac coupled, then the specification is indeed, 1.2Vp-p max, which yours 1Vrms violates
      

       
      

      In such cases, you may use the AD9508. It accepts 2.2Vp-p input and then you can output a LVDS or HSTL clock maneuvering only some pin settings.
