I found that with my configuration program below, the input reference clock coming in via CLKIN1 is not necessarily related to the clock coming out via CLKOUT0. For example, when my input reference clock increases by 10Hz on the basis of 10M, my output clock should theoretically increase by 100Hz. But I tested and found that based on the input of the above situation, my output clock did not change. But during this process, the GPO that I bind to detect PLL1 and PLL2 lock detection is high (the connected LED state is always on).
So, I would like to ask, is there a problem with my configuration, or is it a feature inside the chip that makes this happen.
