LTC3350 MOSFET IC Availability

The SiS438DN-T3-GE3 can be used for M2 an M3 instead of the BSZ060NE2LSATMA1. We do not have a specific secondary part replacement for this part. Please also see the Power MOSFET selection section on page 28 of the datasheet for selecting MOSFETs and making sure that there is not too much power dissipation in them for your application. Please also look at the Top MOSFET driver supply and INTVCC/DRVCC sections on page 29 of the datasheet to make sure the boost circuit is sized correctly and there is not too much power dissipation in the IC.

Now i have problem the supercap is not charging after i replace this M2 and M3 with the M1 part mosfet.

when i check the 2.5V internal generated LDO iam getting 5V instead of 2.5, and INTVCC is 5V as it should be.

Interesting. The 2.5V regulator is for the digital registers and has nothing to do with the gate drivers. DRVCC is what supplies the gate drivers. Kind of sounds like something might have happened when soldering. The VCC2P5 pin is right next to the SW Pin. Is the VCC2P5 cap close to the FETs that were changed?

There is an LTC3351 with a hotswap front end. This uses the same charger/backup controller but the pinout is different. Did you check with ditsy's for stock of the LTC3350?

I checked in Digikey and Mouser there is no stock , also LTC3351 is also no stock in digi-key and mouser.
