I bought the Ev-ADF4360-1EB1Z. When I look at the board, L1, L2, R25 and R26 are all not mounted.Is this correct?
Those pins are internally connected to ground. You can connect them to ground in your own board design.
Yes, this is correct for ADF4360-1. ADF4360-7 also uses same evaluation board and L1&L2, R25&R26 are required for ADF4360-7 to set VCO center frequency.
But L1&L2, R25&R26 are not mounted, so pin #9 and #10 (AGND) are open.In the datasheet, they should be connected directly to GND.
