Smartest way to include setup pins jumpers of AD9515 in PCB

Hello dear community,

I'm using AD9515 clock divider IC to feed an ADC.

There are 10 setup pins with 4 possible configurations for each of them (Vs, 2/3Vs, 1/3Vs, GND).

I was wondering what was the best way to have a reconfigurable pins without turning my nice and discreet PCB into a display stand of jumpers or an overloaded mess of plastic ?

Have you ever heard about any connector/ special multiple&tiny jumpers ; except the 0 ohm resistor solution ?

Also, it is suggested to tie and bypass all pins with same level with a capa ! (Just a bonus, if it's possible to find a solution considering it).
