I have an AD9516-0/PCBZ. Can I use it to multiply my clock signal from 1 MHz to somewhere between 50 MHz and 120 MHz? If yes, how?

Then you have to decide what output frequency you want. Function of this, you can then find a multiplier factor that will give you a VCO frequency between 2550MHz and 2950MHz. Then you deduct the feedback divider value of the PLL: VCO/1MHz.
You introduce all these values into the software, then save the file and download them into the chip on your evaluation board. Select Auto Cal first, so the PLL VCOP is automatically calibrated and you should be able to obtain output clocks.
