Current consumption of ADN2818 at 1.25Gbps

Hi, 
 I'm assessing the device ADN2818 to converts signal into the 1000BASE-KX format. 
 The given current consumption is given 180mA typical, and 217mA max, but it does not specify at which frequency this consumption is characterized. 
 Does someone know the worst case consumption at T°C=+85°C , Vcc=3.6V, Freq=1.25GHz? 
 Bonus question: Is ADN2818 the most adapted device to convert signal into 1000BASE-KX format?
