AD9515 Phase Start High

Hi, could someone please explain the difference between "Phase" and "Phase (Start High)" options in Table 14 in the AD9515 Datasheet?

Thank you.

The attached image is from the AD9515 and is meant to explain the phase offset of the AD9515. The difference between the four output traces in the image is the phase offest to which they are programmed, i.e. how many input clock cycles the output will wait before toggling. The image shows outputs that are set to 'Phase' via pin S8 in table 14. If the outputs were set to 'Phase (Start High)', output would be held static high for a specificed (by pins S9 and S10) number of input clock cycles before it begins to toggle (beginning with a high to low transition).
