we design a system with ad9518-1, but AD9518-1 pin outputs DC 1.6V, and the complement pin output DC 2.4V, no clock output, why?

Hello Kerb,
If the output is static, check the following:
1. Is the SYNCb pin low?
2. Are you using the PLL? If so, is it locked?

My guess is that either the PLL isn't configured correctly and isn't locked, or that the SYNCb pin is low.
