Hi all,
Our customer use the output Q1,/Q1 one pair only @ ADCLK925.
The unused output Q2,/Q2 is recommend open or termination ?

Hi SSS,
For a single input, single output, the ADCLK905 would work. If they are in their schematic phase, they can change it. The footprint is the same as the ADCLK925 and the silicon is the same, just wired differently internally. It is pin compatible.
To answer the question, since the outputs are open emitter stages, they do not require any termination. The bipolars will simply have nowhere for the current to flow.

I have the same question, but I have to use the QML version, which is only available as the ADCLK925S. How should the unused output be terminated to minimize power dissipation?
