I use the LTC6955 as clock distributer , im my circuit diagram, have seven ad9266s. the board work at atmoshpere temperature is 125℃ at least four hours，(satisfy the target temperature only three types of chips). In the LTC6955 document, only supply single-ended sine wave signal or Differential signal input, AD9266 work on 40MHZ frequency(the ltc6955 clock source at 40Mhz),

my question is : the input clock can use single-ended square wave clock as the input clock?,if can ,can give me a circuit diagram,
If you are asking about AD9266, it can take a single ended clock. Figure 50 in the RevB AD9266 datasheet shows an example circuit.
At 125℃ you must use the AD9266-EP version.

As you have seen, there are several examples in the LTC6955 datasheet showing a single ended clock input. It seems to me that a square wave would be fine, but we need to wait for confirmation from one of the engineers who knows the details of LTC6955.

Yes, the LTC6955 works fine with sine or square with either SE or differential. The LTC6953 and LTC6955 have the exact same design for the input pins. For some reason we forgot to include this schematic in the LTC6955 datasheet. You can use this one.
