Hi,I'd like to know what will I see in real-life on the OUT pin when the SET pin is floating.I'm asking because I'd like to support the case where V+ and OE get 3V but my SET pin is floating.According to the simulation, I see a voltage of V+/2 . Is this the real behavior? Thanks
Page 19 of the datasheet discusses Iset extremes, which states the OUT pin will stop oscillating and remain at either a high voltage or a low voltage. As far, as what happens to the SET pin when a resistor is not connected, this pin will be >1V and < Vdd. If this does not answer your question, can you provide more info on why the SET pin would be floating, or what is driving this concern?
