Can anyone please help me to log the data from four gas sensors on this evaluation board to arduino or raspberry PI?
Do you intend to connect the ADICUP3029, running the provided firmware, directly to the Raspberry Pi?
I just connected an ADICUP2029 to a Pi and it shows up as /dev/ttyACM0, and I was able to establish communications through PuTTY. From there, you should be able to use any tool / programming language that you're comfortable with to communicate with the board using the CLI command set.

Indeed. PySerial should work, and you can make a script that emulates what you'd type into the keyboard. There is a known issue with sending large numbers of characters at a time to the ADICUP3029, related to the onboard USB-UART, so you may need to do some experimentation, inserting delays between commands.

So start with PuTTY, then verify that PySerial miniterm example works, then migrate to your own "automated" script.
